It always seems to be changing, I had 48mb/s earlier with 11mb/s upload =/

Only 17.5. Was 21.5, but dropped comcast and went to Uverse. Peak speed is less, but Uverse seems to maintain a higher average speed.

Australian internet can be so bad at times, like 2-5mb/s bad. this is an above average speed from what i have heard from friends of mine though.
