I honestly wasn't expecting them to suddenly put out a release date xD I perfectly okay with having one :p But jeesh.

I'm also really excited to see what Blizzard will come up with in the next 48 hours... inb4 August 27, 2012? :P

My guess is that Blizzard will announce MoP to come out sometime in September now... in an effort to capitalize on those WoW die-hards who may have given GW2 a try but then get their WoW itch back after a couple weeks. Although, with GW2 having no sub-fee, the competition between that and sub-based MMO's like WoW can be a little abstract to think about.

Agree, I predict a late september, early oct release for Mop now.

Seemed to be along those lines anyway, but they will prob keep a good month between them, for exactly that reason.

Couldn't have said it better myself, although I do see GW2 and WoW having a Win-Win relationship what with the no sub fee and all. I don't think either side will be affected negatively, but instead feed off of each other in a weird on-off manner :I lol

I am leaving WoW even that the account still have 6 months paid playtime on it (expired 12-2012.) I haven't touched WoW for almost 2 months, I have 4 85's , legendary daggers, etc. I was in Beta for MoP and I'm getting tired. Nothing is new. Same old grinding and grinding for gears. I like GW2 for the game that is not heavily rely on gears to compete but depends on skills :)
