PvE Organization & Rank System »
For Player-vs-Environment ("PvE") initiatives, ranks will be provided and/or chosen to help organize the scheduling of events and comprise group makeup. The ranks are as follows: For PvE, the ranks follow the Operative designation.
Raid leaders will only come from Rank A and they will be voted by the groups at the time of the event (or before if time permits). A raid leader will only formally be assigned in advance by an Overlord if it's a new raid or there are no other people that know the fights or tactics for that particular event. Due to the amount of people interested and the relative low number of people needed for the 8-man runs, we expect to have several runs running on weekly basis. These groups will run at different hours to accommodate various schedules/timezones. If there is a time slot that has the ability to run 2 groups at the same time, we will run the 2 groups. Each of those groups will have a set roster if one group is progressing faster than the other. We will trade a few players when possible so the group that is more advanced can teach the other group the fights and help them advance as well. The roster will be compromised by mostly Groups A and B and 1 or 2 of the members of Group C. We expect to have a rotation and allow everybody to go to the events, but players from Group C can expect to sit out more often than members of the other groups. If they want to attend more consistently, they need to voice their intentions to join Group B and they have to follow the guidelines for that group. Players must choose a main to use in raids. Characters will be assigned to a group and they must stick with it unless there is a previous discussion with raid leaders/Overlords to make exceptions. Loot Distribution » If Bioware follows through with their idea of having loot bags for each player, then loot distribution will not be necessary and the game will take care of that. If there are no loot bags we will institute a system TBD. General guidelines for PvE (Operations AND Flashpoints) »
Scheduling » There will be two (2) nights a week to start in which we will run guild sponsored runs, create as many groups as possible and run as many Operations and Flashpoints as we can in the slotted times. Those 2 days will be announced every Sunday night. (There will announcements via the game in the guild "Message of the Day" and within the events section of the website). Any member is free to set up an event, but please make sure to use the website events calendar to avoid overlapping events. |
